Client Policy

How we work together — clearly and fairly.

Last updated · October 2024

1. Definition & Acceptance of Terms

“Clients”, also referred to as “you”, means any individual, organization, or entity that enters into a contract, purchases a product, or avails any service from Turtbit. All clients are required to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the formal work order accepted by Turtbit. In the absence of a work order, the terms stated in the formal quotation shall be considered final and binding. Any informal, verbal, or undocumented agreements shall not override written terms, which will always take precedence and be mutually recognized as the governing framework.

2. Project Initiation & Payment Terms

All projects or services require advance payment before commencement. Turtbit will not initiate any work in the absence of the agreed advance amount. Clients are responsible for making payments as per invoices, quotations, or agreed payment structures within the specified timelines. Any delay or failure in payment may result in immediate suspension of services and withholding of deliverables until all outstanding dues are cleared.

3. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

Clients are expected to provide all necessary materials, inputs, and resources in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution. This includes, but is not limited to, content, creative assets, brand guidelines, access credentials, technical documentation, and any other required information. Clients must also provide timely feedback, approvals, and communication. Any delay in providing such inputs or cooperation may impact timelines, deliverables, or overall outcomes, for which Turtbit shall not be held responsible.

4. Scope of Services & Additional Work

Turtbit will provide services strictly within the scope of agreed deliverables. While clients may reach out for clarifications or support, any requirement beyond the defined scope—including additional features, consulting, strategy, third-party platform management, or extended development—will be treated as extra work and charged separately at standard rates. No out-of-scope work will be undertaken without proper agreement.

5. Third-Party Services & Performance Disclaimer

Clients may choose to procure domain, hosting, or other third-party services independently. In such cases, Turtbit shall not be responsible for any issues arising from those services, and clients must directly contact the respective providers for support. Additionally, Turtbit does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic growth, or marketing performance, as these depend on multiple external factors including algorithms, market competition, and client-side responsiveness.

6. Professional Conduct, Breach & Enforcement

Clients are expected to maintain professional, ethical, and lawful conduct in all interactions with Turtbit and its representatives. Any form of abuse, unethical behavior, misrepresentation, aggression, or unlawful activity—whether online, offline, or through third parties—may result in immediate termination of all active contracts, work orders, and services without refund or liability. Repeated or serious violations of this policy may lead to permanent blacklisting and potential legal action. Continued use of Turtbit services constitutes full acceptance of this Client Policy.
