The following Terms of Use are provided in the English language, and the interpretation derived from this version shall prevail over any translated version. By accessing or using the website https://www.turtbit.com (the “Service”) operated by Turtbit (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein and may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

“Services” refer to all offerings provided by Turtbit, including but not limited to maintenance, delivery, reminders, after-sale support, and any work executed as per the quotation or agreement. Only those services explicitly mentioned in the contract shall be included, and any additional services not specified will be chargeable unless otherwise agreed in writing. “Products” include, but are not limited to, website design and development, mobile applications, templates, certifications, cybersecurity packages, marketing packages, and related digital or technical offerings. Certain products may be governed by third-party providers, and in such cases, their respective terms shall prevail where applicable.

“Clients”, also referred to as “you”, include any individual, organization, or entity engaging with Turtbit. Clients must comply with the terms outlined in formal work orders or quotations, which shall be considered binding in the absence of a work order. Written agreements shall always take precedence over verbal or informal understandings. All projects require advance payment, and work will not commence without it. Clients are responsible for timely payments, providing required materials and credentials, and maintaining clear communication. Any delay in inputs, approvals, or cooperation may affect delivery timelines, for which Turtbit shall not be held liable. Clients are expected to maintain professional, lawful, and ethical conduct at all times. Any form of misconduct, abuse, or violation of terms may result in termination of services without refund, along with possible blacklisting or legal action. Turtbit does not guarantee outcomes such as digital marketing performance due to external and uncontrollable factors.

All payments must be made strictly in accordance with the agreed terms. For clients based in India, payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through approved methods such as UPI or bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS). Payments through cash, credit cards, or other unapproved methods are not accepted. International clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are converted to INR and for bearing any applicable conversion or transaction charges. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, or termination of the contract.

Clients may choose to procure third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, or software independently. In such cases, Turtbit shall not be responsible for any issues arising from those services, and all support must be obtained directly from the respective providers. Additionally, Turtbit does not recognize or verify any social media presence unless it is officially linked through the website. Any reliance on unofficial or third-party representations shall be at the client’s own risk.

Turtbit maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. All products and services, once purchased or delivered (partially or fully), are non-returnable and non-refundable. Advance and full payments are final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Clients may choose to cancel services; however, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. In cases where defects in services are reported within the defined review period and are attributable to Turtbit, reasonable efforts will be made to correct or resolve the issue. No liability shall arise for issues caused by misuse, incorrect input, or unauthorized modifications. By purchasing any service or product, you agree to these conditions.

All content, materials, designs, code, and intellectual property associated with Turtbit’s services and website remain the exclusive property of Turtbit or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of such materials is strictly prohibited. Clients are granted limited usage rights only as per the agreed terms and only after full payment has been made.

All employees and representatives of Turtbit operate under formal employment agreements and are bound by internal policies and confidentiality obligations. Clients are not permitted to directly engage or solicit Turtbit employees outside the scope of official communication channels or agreements.

All communication regarding services, disputes, or inquiries must be conducted through official channels listed on the Turtbit website. Support and assistance are limited to the scope of agreed deliverables, and any additional requirements will be treated as separate engagements subject to additional charges.

Turtbit reserves the right to terminate any contract or service without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms, non-payment, misconduct, unlawful activity, misuse of intellectual property, or actions that disrupt workflow. Clients may also terminate services through formal written notice, subject to agreed terms, but without entitlement to refunds unless explicitly stated. Upon termination, all services and access shall cease, and any outstanding dues must be cleared within seven working days. Turtbit reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received and shall not be responsible for retaining project data after termination. Legal action may be initiated in cases involving fraud, defamation, or serious violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services. Turtbit shall not be responsible for any business losses, delays, or damages resulting from client-side failures, third-party services, or external factors beyond its control.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes must first be addressed through direct communication with Turtbit via official channels. If unresolved, further resolution may involve third-party mediation or legal proceedings. All legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Turtbit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in practices, services, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and terminate any ongoing agreements in accordance with applicable conditions.
